LECTURE HALLS

             We have provided with well-furnished seating arrangements for each student with sophisticated furniture’s in serene, spacious halls(26’’*30”) aeration with lighting facilities.It gives those more comfortability to learn and enrich their mind and spirit and there by gives them more enthusiasm for effective learning.

LIBRARY

             A well-equipped library with adequate facilities and arrangements with standard reference books, are open to the students from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.It supplies standard journals, periodicals and newspapers to inculcate the reading habits and enrich communication skills.

Installation of efficient mike system,CCTV camera(Third eye) for effective communication of announcements, purified drinking water,(R.O) provision for physical education, vast campus with serene atmosphere and a Meditation and Yoga hall vibrant with divine power are some of the important basic facilities offered to all students of Vyasa college. An auditorium, seminar Hall is provided. N.S.S. unit will be introduced soon. The day work begins at 9.30 am with prayers and meditation, reading of daily news, announcements, etc.one hour per week will be allotted for value based spiritual education as an integration of soul development of humanity.

HOSTEL:

Vyasa College Hostel provides comfortable accommodation facilities and an excellent vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian mess to out-station students. Students are expected and reside in the college hostel, unless they live with their parents or legal guardians. They are not permitted to stay in another hostel.

TRANSPORT:

There are a fleet of buses offered by the management flying from different remote places to the college at minimum payment of Rs.100/-per month

DRESS CODE:

Uniform dress code will be followed from Monday to Friday. Monday and Wednesday the students should wear Green colour uniform, Tuesday and Thursday should wear Blue colour uniform and Friday they should wear Saree.Decent dress code and decorum should be compulsorily maintained b y the students. 

TOILETS:

Full-fledged toilets both Indian and western style. Wash basins and incinerators have been fixed.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CELL:

In order to empower the women student and train them to be self-employed, the entrepreneurship development cell commences its functioning of its activities such as jewel making, jute bags making, doll making etc... in order to enable the students to become more vibrant and responsible citizens

General Information

The college is proud of its uniform and expects it to be worn correctly at all times. When students are in college uniform, college rules apply. Correct official uniform is required for:

• Attendance at college
• Travelling to and from college
• Attendance at college functions away from college (sports tours, cultural and social visits) Incorrect uniform, or a mixture of college uniform, sports gear and civilian clothes, is not acceptable in the street.
• After college, particularly after a sports practice, students may either change into correct uniform, or go home in sports gear. Students not in the correct uniform are required to have a note from home explaining the reason for the discrepancy and the note is to be handed to the House Leader for approval no later than 9.00 am on the day concerned.
